As a Wallets Africa user, you are grouped into one of three levels based on the information you provide us. Information like your phone number, email address, a selfie, your BVN and a valid means of identification all determine how much you get to spend with your wallet.
Based on the level you’re on, there are also three types of limits that can be placed on your account.
The daily limit: is the maximum amount of money you can spend with your wallet in a day.
The monthly limit: is the maximum amount of money you can spend with your wallet in a month.
The daily airtime limit: is the maximum amount of airtime you can purchase using your wallet in a day.
